MCA uses a rich curriculum that opens student’s minds for a deeper understanding of subjects. Classical academies around the country have proven that this curriculum surpasses the “teach to the test” mindset of other public and private school curriculums. 

Latin Language
MCA offers Latin, a foundational language, so that children are afforded critical knowledge which improves their capacity to build an extensive vocabulary and excellent grammar in English and other languages. 

Civics Curriculum
Civic principals and virtues including unalienable rights, natural law, American constitutionalism and the free market system are important to understanding American history and culture.  Students read the Constitution among other founding documents and read primary source material. 

Cultural Literacy through Core Knowledge
MCA students have superior reading comprehension and cultural literacy necessary for well-rounded, functional American citizens. MCA’s Core Knowledge program covers and analyzes historical events, geography, scientific discoveries and the humanities (art and music) while deploying the Socratic Method to increase deeper understanding. 

Character Building
MCA students learn and understand their success can only be built on MCA’s Eight Pillars of Character: Citizenship, Cooperation, Courage, Honesty, Integrity, Perseverance, Respect and Responsibility.
